Return Policy

Returns and refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. Items are handmade and may contain flaws unique to their handmade character and use of natural materials which do not constitute defects. Items must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies to furniture items. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to be considered. Fill out the contact form or reply to your order-confirmation email to initiate a return.

Shipping Policy

Pottery and Leather Accessories normally ship within 3-5 business days. Furniture may take longer to ship depending on size and weight. We encourage any interested buyers to contact us with any shipping-related questions. Shipping within the contiguous US is free for most items unless otherwise noted. If you live outside the contiguous US, please contact us to make an order and we may be able to accommodate.
